I went to Logarska Dolina, but instead of going through Slovenia (Kamnik-Podlom-Luče), I took a road via Zgornje Jezersko and Bad Vellach (Austria).
Great road, new asphalt, hairpins and fantastic views.
Another great viewpoint nearby is this one, but I had no time to climb this time
