Today, I'm creating a post in which I'm sharing some motivational points for newcomers about Steemit. Because working 24 hours a day on Steemit can achieve a lot. However, there are some challenges when starting out. When users are new, they don't know the proper rules, markdowns, and are a little nervous about what they should do to get more votes.

But as they spend time here, do their work well, and pay attention to the comments and guidelines of the moderators and seniors, and improve their work, they can do very well here and achieve success. When they don't get votes, users become demotivated and sometimes stop working here.

Working on steemit requires some patience. New users need to understand that people here have been working for years, working hard, and only then have they reached this reputation. So, be patient and keep doing your work honestly, and one day success will surely follow.
