The most popular street food in India is Pani ke Batasha. The papdi we eat after eating Batasha is even better. Eating Pani ke Batasha feels incomplete if you don't eat papdi.

I went out with my husband for Diwali shopping, and we got Pani ke Batasha packed for our home. Some people were eating there, and when they were buying papdi at the end, the Batasha seller would break the papdi from the middle, fill it with boiled peas, then add some spicy spices to it, and then pour sweet tamarind chutney on top. The taste is amazing. Whenever we eat Batasha, we never forget to eat papdi.
