Cookingvlog 15|| Grilled catfish
Hi guys welcome to my blog today, so cooking has always been one of my favourite hobby and anytime I'm in my kitchen I will always find one recipe or the other to perform.
Some my kids were bored eating food they decided to eat fish and so I have some fish that has refused to grow big. They have been there in the fishbone eating but I refuse to grow so I decided to make you something and that's why they are so small but they are sweet because they are matured.
So My in-law help me catch the fish from the pond using fishing nets, I prepared it and decided to make grilled fish for my family for dinner.
Ingredients
- Onion
- Pepper
- Ginger
- Tumeric
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Place pepper
- Seasonings
- Vegetable oil
For garnishing
- Corn
- Cucumber
- Carrot
This are my spices I washed everything and blend it together.
My ingredients were ready and set for use
My fish well washed and cut, ready for spicing
Spicing the fish with spices and seasoning with my spices
I arranged it on oven tray then grilled the fish in a low heat till done.
I turn it to avoid getting burnt and the ingredients were evenly distributed and the fish was done.
So in a plate I added the fishing and boiled fresh corn, cucumber, carrots and sauce to go well with the fish.

It turned out to be the family dinner, I also added fruit and yoghurt to blend with the dinner for my family.
It was a delicious meal which was appreciated by all who are it.
Sometimes it is good to always reach out to our available items in the kitchen and make something delicious something mouthwatering for our family. This will help you ensure that they eat healthy.
Most times we don't need to spend too much just to make a food and in some cases if you realise that when you spend too much you end up not having a better protein choice in your food so putting is very very important and is required in our meals so we should always make use of our available resources.

Talking about the health benefit of this food it is too numerous at least we all know that fresh fish that catfish contents omega-3 fatty acid, vitamin E, vitamin A and it is protein. Then the veggies seen contains vitamins and minerals, we need it too
