A Day of Gains & Good Eats: Fueling My Body at the Gym & Beyond!
Hey Steemians!
Today was one of those day where I feel really good about my fitness goals, you know? I push my limits at gym and then I eat some really delicious and healthy food after. It's all about balance, right? Let me tell you what I did today!
Kicking Off with Cardio & Crushing Weights!
My evening start with cardio session to get blood flowing and warm up the muscles. There nothing quite like that feeling when you finish good cardio! It make me feel alive.
Then it was time for the weights, and today I focus on chest and triceps. I really love chest day because I know I'm building more strength. I push through every set and really try to focus on my form and get that mind-muscle connection thing.

Fueling Up: Healthy & Delicious!
After solid workout, refueling my body with right nutrients is really important - maybe even the most important part! I believe that what you put in your body is just as important as how hard you work in gym.
Today I make super healthy and satisfying meal that was perfect for after workout. It taste really good and I feel good knowing I give my body what it need.
This is what my post-workout meal look like today:
What was in my meal:
Fresh vegetables for the vitamins
Healthy carbs to give energy back
Everything prepare fresh and with care
I always try to eat clean after training because this is when body need it most. The meal was not too heavy but enough to make me feel full and satisfied.
What I Think About All This
Days like today remind me why I love this lifestyle so much! When you take care of your body with good exercise and good food, you just feel better about everything.
Sometimes people ask me how I stay motivated to go gym and eat healthy. For me, it's simple - I love how it make me feel! The energy, the strength, the confidence... all of this come from taking care of yourself.
