Playing volleyball today remind me again why this is my favorite sport. It's not just about score points - it's about teamwork, focus, and having so much fun with friends! 💪🔥

When I'm on the court, I feel so alive. Every match teach me something new and I always improve my skills. The energy from my teammates make everything better.

This sport is special because you cannot win alone - you need your team, you need communication, you need trust each other.

Basic rules for beginners

If you never play volleyball before, here some simple rules:

Each team have 6 players on court. The goal is send ball over the net and make it land inside opponent's court.

Your team can touch the ball only 3 times before send it back. One player cannot hit ball twice in row - this is important rule!

If ball hit the ground, go outside, or player touch the net, other team get the point.

Matches usually best of 5 sets, and each set play to 25 points. But you need win by 2 points difference.

What make volleyball special

For me, volleyball is more than just game. It's about strategy - you need think fast and make good decisions.

It's about energy - when your team have good energy, everything work better. Even if you lose point, you stay positive and keep playing.

It's about playing together - the best feeling is when your team make perfect play and everyone do their part. This moment is amazing! 🏐❤️
