On the ribbon of road just above the coastal shore, as you drive into this tableau, there are tiny sky‑blue boats laying aside in the shallows. And jetty legs warm with sun and sand, hardy grasses waving silent in the sea breeze. It is all but a silence of soft expectation for what will be the soft thread in our day, a familial moment under an open sky.
