Do jogging to strengthen your leg muscles

To strengthen my leg muscles, especially my leg joints, which had an accident, how many years ago did I try to do sports. Jogging is the sport I choose, this afternoon I tried climbing the stairs on the hill which is one of our favorite places.And these stairs are located on the edge of a hill with about 50 steps. Of course, I do this exercise to strengthen my right leg. Meanwhile, for the left leg muscles, it is only to provide a feeling of comfort, especially with the condition of this leg, which does require a little movement.

Although this ladder does form a 45 degree angle and requires strong physical stamina.I have calculated this beforehand, especially since this is not the first time I have done this.If there is an opportunity and of course after jogging several times, climbing stairs is one of the tough challenges, because not everyone wants to do it.
After jogging through the stairs, I continued by jogging around the Perta Arun Gas housing complex which is on the hills.
Jogging is certainly very beneficial for our bodies, especially for strengthening our muscles, especially the legs. I do this for about an hour. Finally, we finished jogging this afternoon after climbing the stairs and going around the complex which is located on the hills.
