Escondido en el corazón helado de Alaska, en medio de las tranquilas montañas y vistas congeladas, hay una criatura que ha existido desde que nos ante nosotros, todavía viva y pateando las esquinas oscuras del planeta.

La Catrata de Postidonia es una especie de algas que ha sido parte del ecosistema del Ártico durante miles de años. Sus raíces biológicas se remontan a más de 200,000 años, glaciaciones sobrevivientes, catástrofes naturales e incluso la llegada del ser humano.

El artefacto ha sobrevivido durante siglos, y todavía está en buenas condiciones. Esta criatura, un residente secreto de las profundidades heladas de Alaska, prospera en las aguas frías donde la vida apenas se aferra. Se aprende a volver a crecer, a estirarse lentamente, como si tuviera un secreto que el tiempo no puede tocar.
