What do Video Watchers (VW) do?

As a Video Watcher, your mission will be crucial for the quality and growth of the entire video ecosystem at Steem. Your main task includes:

1. Guidance and Mentoring: Provide constructive and valuable feedback to video creators to help them continuously improve the quality of their content.
2. Strategic Vote Distribution: Use the account @steem-seven to distribute votes to videos that meet the quality standards and guidelines of the platform.
3. Active Promotion: Promote the project and excellence of the video on Steem, encouraging your friends and contacts to join our community.

Requirements to Apply

We are looking for people with active experience and a demonstrated commitment to the Steem platform:

1. Presentation Video Requirement

• You must record a video where your face is clearly visible.
• In the video, you must share your experience and career at Steem.
• The video can be recorded in English or Spanish.
• Upload the video to IPFS (via https://speem.watch).
• Use the tag #vw-team

2. Commitment Requirement (Delegation)

To ensure commitment and investment in the project, applicants must delegate Steem Power (SP) to the curation account @steem-seven:

• Delegate a minimum of 5000 SP to @steem-seven.
• Or, if you have less than 5000 SP, you must delegate 50% of your total SP.
