PEN ART — A TRIBUTE

A live well lived.
Growing up as a christian, going to Church unfailingly every Sunday and mid-week. I would say "Dr uma has been a blessing to many.
Not just to the christian but the country at large.
Even the president of Nigeria paid tribute to the clergy when his death was announced.

This is my own tribute;

I was on my phone while chilling with some of my steemian friend on Tuesday when one of them shouted to a notification that popped up from operamini browser.
It read "Rev Dr Uma ukpai dies at 80".
I was shocked so to say. But I could still remember when we had a convention at my church back in 2020.
Dr uma was there as a guest speaker.
He did something remarkable that day.
He sponsored a lot of students in the university, created jobs for the jobless , a lot of things but I can only remember few.
The one thing I'll never forget was when he knelt down and ask all of us in church to join him while he prayer for us .

He made a statement " I want to bless everyone here today, because this might be the last time I'll visit Full life."
The sad truth is that , that was the last time.
He was an evangelist , spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ world-wide.

A now he has gone the rest.
Farewell Sir.
Forever in our hearts.
