Its scientific name is Helianthus annuus.
It belongs to family plantae.
It belongs to order Asterales.
Uses:
The leaves are used as fodder the flowers yield a yellow dye and the seed contain oil and used for food .The sweet yellow oil obtain by compression of seeds.
