It’s a beautiful evergreen shrub or short tree that is erect and upright and grows up to 26' tall in its native habitat belonging to the family of Araliaceae. It’s grown as a house plant for the needs bright indirect light, warm air temperatures & medium to high humidity. It’s native to tropical areas from India to Polynesia, but has been introduced into a large number of tropical & subtropical areas around the world.
