This all started during the Pandemic times. I thought living in city I won't be under stress and mental load. So turns out I was wrong. I did blood report check and found out I have high blood sugar, and also variety of mental stress symptoms. I had to get sugar under control without letting it get down too much. I had to change the diet. Coffee and milk finally went out of my life routine. I was asked to turn diet more alkaline and also was told to consume calcium supplements as sugar has affected my bones.
