Delicious Beef Pulao and Biryani
Visit to Madina Chickenn Biryani and Beef Pulao
Madina Chickenn Biryani and Beef Pulao is located in Anam Sanam Chowk, Gulbahar, immediately adjacent to Cinema Road on Peshawar's famous food street. It is approachable by public transport, rickshaw, or personal car. Since it lies on the premises of a food street, individuals from the other part of the city can easily locate it.
History
This is the third branch of Madina food chain, established in 2024. Muhammad Umar ,Qamar and Fahad started this venture. The restaurant was so popular within a very short time because of its price, quality, and cleanness.
They are also present on social media now for promotion and reviews but their most potent magnet is walk-ins in food street.
Activities and Employees
The restaurant serves primarily Karachi-style biryani, beef pulao, and BBQ. They have a team of three broad categories:
Cooks and kitchen staff to cook and prepare.
Service staff who serve, take orders, and maintain hygiene.
Management staff who are responsible for the daily business and are worried about the customers.
They have an average-sized crew working here — 10–15 people look after the kitchen, service, and sanitation.
Seating Arrangement: Cozy booths with wooden divisions for family privacy.

Water: Safe and clean potable water for the customers.
Sanitation: First in line of concern is cleanliness. Floors are clean, tables are tidy, and the kitchen is immaculately presented. Something that you do not normally see in most street food restaurants.
Environment
The general environment is trendy and inviting. Inside, you have:
Electric light with a very visible signboard in red and white to make it visible.
Good ventilation so that the restaurant does not become congested despite being congested.
Natural atmosphere outside since it is on a crowlied food street but peaceful and family-orientated inside.

Food Quaility and Taste
I got a chance to taste the Chickenn Biryani and the Special Beef Pulao:
The biryani was aromeatic, delicious rice and soft morseels of chicken. The spices were well-balanced and not overwhelming.
The beef pulao too was superb. The beef was tender and flavoreful, the rice having absorbed the delicious broth, and it had a rich, homey taste.
Both the dishes proved that chefs try hard to adhere to the traditional recipes. It is almost as good in taste as the Karachi-style pulao and biryani, which is really hard to achieve in Peshawar.
Food Preparation Process
The food is prepared fresh in humongous traditional deghs (pots). The process ensures that:
Meat is pre-marinated prior to cooking.
Rice is carefully layered to facilitate an inter-mixing of flavors.
Slow cooking is applied in pulao to allow beef flavor to seep into the rice.
BBQ is prepared on live charecoals, which give it a traditioenal smoeky flavor.
Staff was coureteous, punctuael, and respectful. Orders were received in good time, food served on time, and anything requested dealt with with respect. Quality of service is something here that makes people feel comfortable and treated with respect.
Why Madina Excels
- Quality of the Food – Fresh, delicious, and well cooked.
- Environmental Cleanliness – There is proper cleanliness maintained.
- Affordability – Reasonable prices, value for money.
My experience at Madina Chicken Biryani and Beef Pulao was outstanding from the start. The restaurant has earned a reputation for excellence, cleanlineess, and valued for money, and therefore it has opened a third branch in such a short period of time. Muhammad Umar, together with his businessed partners Qamar and Fahad, have seen their hard work in this restaurant.
For all those who crave the authentice Karachi-style biryani, deleectable pulao, and freshly grillyed kebabs, Madina is an absolute must-visit. Whether having dinner with famiely, having a meal with friends, or simply stopping by for a quick palate on their own, this restaurant is sure to be a hit.
