I do almost all of those things and I can say from personal experience that they do help with stress. Thanks for the great article showing me that I'm not just doing random things that I think are helping me

I have doing the same, 30-40 mins yoga before sunrise and 50-60 mins of brisk walking/running after yoga. This has been helping me a lot. :)
