What. the. hell. with the St. Patrick Day spam???

I think I am seeing some of that same bot activity in fb too. I'm still there for groups and the place has gotten bad (worse) lately. I will friend anyone reasonable looking, and block later, but recently I have gotten 3 friend requests of people who share a lot of friends with me. Then when I went to look at their profiles they seemed fake, even though the posts were somewhat normal. I can't even say what bothered me.

But on one of them - as I scrolled down, the lady had a post saying "Someone just accused me of being fake!" And then 10 comments with people saying - "yeah - because you are!" So maybe this ai crap is not as great as they think it is. You can't fool all of the sheep all of the time maybe.
