I am very excited to participate in Steem Atlas Challenge Season 26 – Week 4 where theme is Takeaway or Street Food Outlet For this week I am sharing my favorite place in Mardan city Crunchy Bites Gol Gappay Store. This spot has become my go-to outlet for enjoying crispy gol gappay with refreshing flavored water and yummy taste and I am excited to do it on Steem Atlas.

Crunchy Bites is located in the heart of Mardan city easily reachaed by local transportation such as rickshaws and buses. It is a popular street food spot often surrounded by food lovers especially in the evenings and night.

🏛️ Background of Crunchy Bites

Crunchy Bites is a locally owned street food outlet that specialize in gol gappay one of the most loved snacks in Pakistann by girls specially. Established a few years ago it quickly famous in students, families and youngsters in Mardan for its crispy shells and quality and taste.

👨‍🍳 Staff & Facilities

The shop is run by 3–4 employees who divide their tasks efficiently. One prepares the flavored water another fills the gol gappay shells and one handles billing and customer service. The shop provides roadside seating with plastic chairs and tables proper lighting for evenings and clean serving and everything.

🌆 Environment

Located in a busy part of Mardan Crunchy Bites have a energetic environment. This stall is so crowded especially during the evening many peoples especially students came and enjoy there thus streetfood and its aroma is everywhere.

🍲 Food Taste & Menu

The highlight of Crunchy Bites is of course its gol gappay served with **three kinds of flavored water** spicy tamarind sweet-sour imli and refreshing mint. Each plate is freshly prepared giving that perfect crunch with every bite.

The service is fast within 2–3 minutes your plate is ready and you have to ejoy it. The staff is attentive and polite. Compared to many other roadside stalls Crunchy Bites maintains good hygiene standards while keeping the true taste of street food alives.

Crunchy Bites is not just a gol gappay outlet it is a part of Mardan lively street food culture. With its crispy shells fresh filling affordable prices and welcoming environment it has become my favorite street food spot in that city. If you ever visit Mardan I recommend trying this place for an authentic desi street food experience. I have visited it with my friend and it was a such a great experience for me
