RE: How to manage recurring tasks effectively

in #tasks9 days ago

Yes, I had the exact same issue until I started managing them with CheckList. What makes it useful is how well it works as a Task tracker for recurring jobs. For example, I set up a weekly section for house chores – cleaning floors, laundry, trash. Each week I just reset the list and check items off as I go. For work, I added my Monday morning reports, Friday summaries, and monthly budget reviews. Having them already saved means I don’t rewrite them, I just update. The extension even allows grouping tasks and dragging them to change order quickly. I use it offline when traveling, and it still saves everything until I reconnect. For me, this Task tracker has removed the mental load of remembering repetitive work. Now I just open my browser, and my routine tasks are ready, waiting for me to tick them off.

That’s clever. I hate writing the same stuff over and over again. Having recurring tasks set up in CheckList sounds like a huge time saver. I’ll definitely try it.
