If you miss Taiwanese Food in HK, Come! 以後如果突然掛住台灣美食,一定會過嚟食!
Few days a go, walk by Mong Kok with my girlfriend and mum, we discovered a Taiwanese restaurant at around dinner time. So, we decided to give it a try~
早幾日行經旺角波鞋衝,就諗住順便喺嗰頭食嘢。
一個唔覺意被茶茶嘅門面吸引住,即刻好想食台灣嘢。
We ordered 2 fruit drinks, and 1 cheese topping green tea. The cheese topping green tea tastes really good.
女朋友叫咗杯超級水果綠妍,我試飲咗同試食咗啲水果,覺得幾新鮮同清新,唔錯唔錯!但我始終鐘意奶蓋類多啲,所以就叫咗杯芝士綠妍。
其實飲落去似奶茶,但茶味都幾香,奶蓋又唔會太甜,幾正!
媽媽就嗌咗滿杯菠蘿,佢話幾香菠蘿味!
The spicy fish hot pot is nice. I don't like fish with too many bones. This is suits me!
其實茶茶有好多鍋物可以選擇,但因為帶埋媽媽嚟食,佢比較鐘意食魚同辣嘢,所以最終我哋就揀咗巴蜀烤魚鍋,加BB辣。
其實我平時唔太好食魚,因為好怕啲魚好多骨,但呢條魚冇乜細骨,都幾易食。鍋裡面仲有好多配菜,而且仲索晒啲湯,如果可以加多碗白飯嘅話就真係冇得頂!
Beef tongue with Shichimi and garlic puree. I do not expect much with this competitive price, but it amazed me. It's so tender!
女朋友叫咗牛舌,我心諗呢度啲牛舌咁平應該都麻麻哋啦!但又估佢唔到幾嫩口同夠味喎!真係好驚喜!加上佢面頭淋咗少少類似七味粉嘅調味料同蒜蓉,即刻令到塊牛舌更加香口。

鹽燒大蝦唔算平,要成$38隻,但上到枱佢又真係幾大隻!咬落去仲啖啖肉,好滋味!
Chicken cartilage, my girlfriend likes it!
雞軟骨我一向麻麻,但女朋友猛話呢嘅雞骨好食,咁我都唯有試兩舊啦,又真係OK嘅,幾有咬口,幾夠味。
Taiwanese sausage is one of my girlfriend's favour food. This one tastes like the one I tried in Taiwan. Yummmm!
呢度嘅台灣腸真係不可不點!媽媽未去過台灣,未食過正宗嘅台灣腸,佢淨係一路食一路讚話好味,甜甜哋好特別。女朋友話呢度嘅台灣腸同台灣夜巿嘅味道一樣!我都覺得味道非常相近,以後掛住台灣美食真係可以嚟食吓!
Steamed mussel with minced garlic, taste fresh~
蒜蓉秘製青口一上枱我哋都表示驚訝,因為超多蒜蓉!本身仲驚啲蒜蓉會蓋咗青口嘅鮮味,但好彩完全唔會,一啖啪入口可以同時食到兩個層次!

扇貝上面嘅粉絲吸晒蒜味同扇貝嘅鮮味,好正!
My girlfriend and mum like this Cumin lamb skewers very much!
媽媽同女朋友平時好鐘意食羊肉,見呢度有得叫緊係唔會放過機會!
佢哋係咁話好夠羊味,但又唔會太SO,上面嘅調味粉吊到羊肉嘅鮮味出嚟!
食串燒係一定要叫雞肉串!呢度嘅雞肉串好多肉汁,表皮冇烤燶,雞肉唔老,唔錯唔錯!

最尾我哋仲加咗碟涼拌小青瓜,估佢唔到咁大碟!
青瓜我淨係食脆嘅,咬落去要「索索」聲咁先好食。
呢度啲青瓜究竟用咗咩醬呢?咁好味嘅!
上面仲加咗我好鐘意嘅芝麻添!
食完呢碟青瓜真係飽到喊,有乜理由$28咁大碟架!!
