Tanjimul Ummah Hifz Madrasah (Bogura, Bangladesh)

This is a very good contest, and I am very grateful to be able to participate in it. The name of our educational institution is Tanjimul Ummah Hifz Madrasah, and I will first introduce you to this institution. It is located in the renowned northern district of Bogura in Bangladesh. This madrasah is situated in the Rahman Nagar area beyond the city.

This madrasa has undergone a change in a place where the situation has not yet improved well. However, I will discuss the trust in this institution in front of you. This institution has reached a local area. There are some local people living around this institution. You can say that this madrasa is located in a peaceful and traffic-free local area.

This madrasa has a total of about 40 teachers in the minimum general and Hifz departments combined. Additionally, there are 10-12 staff members. There are approximately 250 residential and non-residential students in total. Here, only wealthy students study according to the situation in Bangladesh because their monthly fees are quite high. Below, I have provided a chart of the admission and monthly fee for the students of this madrasa.

This madrasa is a high-quality madrasa institution. All types of facilities are provided here. From teachers to student staff and the principal, everyone enjoys the benefits. And they all sincerely work and study in their free time. First of all, I will discuss some hostel-centric and management issues of this madrasa.Below with image and caption

This building is five stories tall. You have to go up and down using stairs like this.

Each floor of the building has such balconies. Where free time and the outside weather can be enjoyed.

Each floor has such food arrangements. All the staff of the respective floor will eat there.

Arrange it on the building's roof so that clothes can be washed.

The iron department is open to everyone in the madrasa. Here, a man is working in a hired position.

Office Department

Now let us discuss the office department of our madrasa in front of you. Here we have a five-story building, and from two to five floors, there are HR classes and academic classes. The students' residential rooms and teachers' residential rooms are on the second to fifth floors. The first floor only contains office department matters. In the office, we have the principal's room, the vice principal's room and other responsibilities, as well as an accounting room. Next to that, there is a guest room.

So the important room in this office is the office room and this is the principal sir's room.

This is the main door to enter the office department; you have to enter the office through this door.

Monitor. Every room of this madrasah should have surveillance footage in every corner, and from here it is monitored on this monitor.

In the branch office, there are two of us responsible here between this room and the other room.

The accounting room manages all types of financial arrangements of the madrasa from here.

Various guests come to the guest room of the madrasa and are responsible for inspecting for them.

Hifz Department

One of the important departments of this institution is the Hifz Department. This also means that the Holy Quran is a vast universe for the Muslim community. This department is for those who memorize the Quran and learn to read it correctly and accurately. I have been working here as an experienced teacher for the last four years, Alhamdulillah. Let me introduce you to this department along with the classes.

General department

In addition to Hifz, academic education is provided here, such as English, Mathematics, and studies related to becoming an engineer or a doctor. Following that, cultural events take place, and classes are held on various topics for exploring other knowledge. The time for these classes is very limited, only two and a half hours every day. I am presenting some pictures of these classes below.

In the general class, students are acquiring knowledge in various subjects in this way.

I have shared with you the overall three phases of our institution. Firstly, I presented on the management of the madrasa or the hostel-centric issues. Then, I divided the educational management into two parts for consideration. This was a comprehensive discussion observation of our institution that I presented to you.
