I'd agree that controlling a number of functions in your average car have become less intuitive. One of the most frustrating controls to see move to a touchscreen based method of control are things like heat, A/C, fan speed or audio volume.

This is especially true when the touchscreen system in the car isn't as responsive as a normal iPhone. Screens are great for nav but for climate control and some audio functions my vote goes to dials and buttons.
