Its a bit pricey, at about ~$200 USD. Also, a notable requirement:

LaMetric Time is standalone Wi-Fi device, iPhone or Android smartphone is needed for setting it up and configuration only.

So you'll have to consider if its worth the risk if they go under and you can't access their app anymore to set up the device.

Would've made more sense to release a standalone app for desktops versus phones, so you'd have access even if they were pulled from the Play or iTunes stores.

Anyway, bit of a gadget, but also a tad spendy for a low-resolution display device.

    Thanks for commenting :) I got it for about 150$ at amazon prime day. I just really like its design and the ability to customize everything.
