Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S25- W4: which is all time my favourite topic "W4||Silk painting 🖌️🎨 in Fabric course||". this amazing challenge organised by @sualeha . So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

The materials we need for fabric painting are as follows:

Dupatta
Frame
Glitter cone silver
Colors
Brush
Carbon paper

Step 1

First of all, I spread the dupatta on the ground and printed a design on it with carbon paper.

Step 2

When the design was printed, I put a frame on that design on the dupatta and then started coloring.

Step 3

First of all, I painted the rose with red color, then colored the leaves with green color while outlining them.

Step 4

When the color was done, I left it to dry for some time. When it dried a little, then I outlined it with the help of a glitter tube. I used a silver glitter tube. Which added beauty to this design.

My design is ready on the dupatta, which looks very beautiful.

I did not face much difficulty in selecting the fabric, but still I checked by applying paint on the dupatta once. Because the fabric of the dupatta is very thin, made of georgette.

But yes, I could not find a glitter cone, so I used the glitter tubes that come in it. I enquired at many places but I could not find a glitter cone. It was in the form of a pen, in the form of a tube, so I used the tube.

If I get a chance to gift my silk painting item to someone, then my first choice will be my little niece. She is very cute and this kind of handworked clothes look very beautiful on children. Girls like handworked things very much, whether it is a kurta or a dupatta or silk fabric in which the painting gives shine to the clothes. This kind of silk painting has its own fun. Because you can make the desired design on a cloth of your desired color and fill it with your favorite color.

Absolutely, this course is very productive. Based on this course, I have experimented a lot in my painting. For the first time, be it block painting or today's cone glitter painting, I have done all these paintings for the first time in my life, so I am enjoying doing this course and I am getting to know a lot about paintings, how many types of paintings we can do, I had only heard that such paintings are there. There is spray painting, thumb painting, so knowing a particular name and understanding about it in detail, we are getting to learn this through the course, so I am feeling very good.
