SLC-S26/W1 | Basic tools for pot making /Cement pot

• Today, when I bring my mobile phone and open Steemit, then I see this contest, I will be very excited and happy as I have been waiting for this contest for a long time, so finally I got it, so I decided to give my day to do this contest and make some beautiful things. So let's get started.

• For making pot I need some things to make it, I start searching in home I only found some tools, the main ingredients are missing now so I told my brother to bring me a paint bottles from far away market, he goes and bring a two bottles of paint i•e red and green, it's cost is 3 steems. Another thing that is missing is cement, so for this, he goes to the nearby market and gets 2 kg of cement in 2 stems only. Another ingredient is pure sand, which is present outside our home. I bring it home, and also the white cement and utensils, and jugs, etc. Now all the things are gathered. Here's a list of things I gathered;

• Now all the things are in one place, so let's start making the pot. First, mix well the cement and sand in a 1:2 ratio in a large utensil or any other thing, then add water and again mix it well until it turns into fine clay. This is done by a spoon-like thing( tool ) known as "karandai". This process was a little hard as it needs a lot of energy in mixing, etc.

• After this put this in another basket ( utensil ) and press them well as it is cemented with own its own in the basket, you can use different type of things for compression of clay, then I put another jar( utensil ) and press so hard in the compressed clay it goes deepen in the clay and finely make the shape of pot of it's inner side and the shape of outer part of pot was taken by compressing clay in basket (utensil ). Now the pot is beautifully and correctly shaped of pot. As the clay was now wet so we couldn't get it out of the basket. We now leave it for almost 24 hours to get it fried and get strength and become unbreakable.

• After 24 hours, I am very excited and enthusiastic to see what thing was made by me and I am become inpatient to see it then I quickly runs towards the area where I placed it, I am very happy when I see my pot that it was in it's shape as I want and hard and have good strength, now our pot becomes ready to separate it from basket. Now I carefully separate it from the basket, it looks amazing as this is my first time making something with cement.

• After successful separation of the pot from the basket, here is now the time to paint this pot. First, I make the white cement solution by adding water and white cement into a bucket, then mixing it well. This seems like white paint. Now I use this for white coloring on the pot. I paint this, the pot with a brush, and paint completely, then I leave it for an hour to dry. After an hour, I get the pot, check it, and the white paint is now dry.

• Now it's time to draw some beautiful things on the pot. Here are a lot of things, but I want and draw flowers on it. As I bring the red and green emulsion color, it's now time to prepare it. Put some emulsion color in the cup or any other thing, then add some petrol or diesel as needed, then stir it with the stick until the petrol and color become indistinguishable. This process is done for each color separately.

• Here's how I ready the emulsion colors and get it to draw a flower on the pot. I made some beautiful flowers to make it beautiful, I made the flower of the Rose and some other flowers having vibrant red petals, a nd it's a beautiful green stack with leaves.

• Then I placed it in the sunlight to dry quickly, and then I left it. I am very excited for it's dry as wet, not seems so cool, I came back to check it after one hour, it became dry, looking much beautiful. Now it's time to begin to do something.

• The something that I have to do is to plant a tree in it. First, I fill its bottom with sand and clay, then I place the plant in between it and hold it with one hand, and with the other hand, I pour the sand until it fills, then I press it with both hands, now it seems the original pot and looks much beautiful. Thanks.

• I face no difficulty, although collecting ingredients is a little hard sometimes; I have done this work with my sister. Another thing which I don't like is waiting, waiting until the white cement dries and then again collecting things and starting painting, and again waiting, this thing a little bit bored me. Hmmm, there is no difficulty in purchasing things; almost all the things are bought at a reasonable rate.

• Yes, playing with clay makes me happy and stress-free, as this is one of the natural things. But sometime it made me very much thoughtful and I think that one day we all are buried in this clay/sand alone no one with us, I our faith there is asking a question and asked for every thing you done in your whole life and there must be there result, so this compelled me to live and meaningfully life and have great morality and behavior with everyone
