SLC season 26// week 4 home decor pottery out of "plaster of parise"

Welcome to my belog,How are you all.i am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan .Today I am very happy to be a part of this engagement challenge.asual This week mam @sualeha she had learned home decor pottery out of plaster of parise .This is very unique idea for using plaster of parise making interesting things for home decoration .The whole process is very easy she explained all the steps very well in the end she used colours untill more attractive looks for decoration piece .I am very Thankful for steemit learning g team to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .Through this home task assignments we can show our Telent .Today I made a show piece out of plaster of parise made a key rack, and colored it to make it very beautiful.

Let's move towards and starts

Things we need

Plastic of paris
Water as need
Plastic mold
Mixing bowl
Few amount of oil or grease mold
Spatula

procedure

Mold preparation

First of all, I chose a mold. I had a plastic container and I used an as Mold for its cover.I greased the mold with a brush.I greased the inside of the mold.i want to made key rack I am using flat mold.

Clay//Material mixing

First I take a bowl .add in plaster of parise as required then add in water and mixed well spatula in proper way.The batter we have made of Paris should be neither too thick nor too thin.

After that, I transferred all the plaster of paris into the mold.After transferring, we have to leave it for two hours so that it sets properly.Proper drying of plaster of Paris is very important.

Demolding

After two hours, I easily removed the plaster of Paris from the mold.due to dressed based mold.I had already made a hole in its plaster of paris that the rope could easily pass through and we could hang it.I glued three keys holder from glued gun.

Only last steps are remain .then I starts colouring I am using acrylic colour .with the help of brush I starts colour of key rack .I am using three colour purple,margin da pink,maroon colour.

When the colour is dried .I starts making flower bunch in key rack in black colour.

So guys This is my final presentation .I am very happy and excited about home decor pottery .Today I realize that I can actually make something homemade decoration things.Ma'am Saleha made my problem easy.she can explain very easy steps .The whole procedure is very easy.and the rest is out standing.

Of course, I really like decorating my house by making things with my own hands.Not only does he find the house beautiful, but you also stay busy, and when the next person praises him for building it and you proudly say, "I built it," it makes him happy.Before today, I had never made any home decoration items using plaster fof paris. but I was eager to make something new and different.Oh my passion has been fulfilled.
