SLC-S25 W3||Fabric Course -Block Painting

I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. Like every week, this week I will participate in the great engagement challenge of Block Paint. The theme of today's engagement challenge is SLC-S25 W3||Fabric Course -Block Painting 🖌️🎨||. So let's get started.

🖌️ 1. Create a block painting texture on any fabric or as per your choice with wooden blocks, using any design of your choice with step-by-step detailed methods and pictures.

Today I will make a block paint of my choice on my niece's dress. To make the block paint, I will use potato blocks instead of wooden blocks. The market is far from our house, I usually go shopping with my husband. For the last few days, my husband has been very busy so I could not go to that far market and buy wooden blocks. So I will make two beautiful flowers with potatoes at home and block paint my niece's dress.

Below is what you will need to make block paint on the dress.

Required materials:

• A beautiful dress
• Potato blocks
• Paint
• Sponge

• First step: First, I will lay the dress beautifully on the floor. Then I will put cardboard inside the dress. Now I will take the paint on the potato blocks and then I will put it on the sponge. I will take the paint on the potato blocks by taping the sponge.

• Second step: Now I will tap the potato blocks with a beautiful design on the bottom of the dress. In this way, I will apply the paint from the sponge through the potato block design by making a whole line.

• Third step: Now I will design a beautiful small flower on another potato block and use the same method to create a design in the middle of the dress.

• Fourth step: Now I will use the same method to paint the small potato flower design on the neck of the dress.

• Finally, my dress block paint is complete. Now I will take a picture with the dress I made.

🖌️ 2. Share with us if you have any difficulty in finding/finding wooden blocks.

I am a housewife and I cannot go shopping all the time. The market is located quite far from our house as I have mentioned earlier. For the last few days I have tried to buy wooden blocks from the market but could not bring them. Then I searched on YouTube and found that block painting can be done beautifully with potatoes. Now we can solve many problems online. So I can easily make block paint with potatoes.

🖌️ 3. Do you think the dress looks more beautiful after block painting??

This dress is actually lying at my niece's house. This dress was of one color and when I block painted this dress, its beauty increases even more. I liked it even more when I made this dress block painted and showed it to my niece on a video call. My niece was pleasantly surprised when she saw this dress on a video call and she liked it very much. She liked the dress very much and asked me to make another dress of hers block painted. This is the biggest credit to me that I got appreciation from her for making her dress with blog paint.

🖌️ 4. Do you think it is possible to improve your drawing skills on fabric through weekly courses or not???(Number 1)

I am really happy that I have participated in all the courses from the first week till now and have been able to learn about block paint from @sualeha sister. To be honest, I had no idea about block paint. When I saw this engagement challenge, I was worried that how I would participate here. But when I watch and learn the weekly courses, I gain more skills on this block paint. Practice and creativity of learning increase human skills.

I would like to say this from my experience without a doubt that it is possible to improve drawing skills on fabric through weekly courses.
