The diary game || Better life witrh steem| Happy Dussera, Vijayadasami and Ayuthapuja

Hi friends,
Yesterday and today, Vijayadasami, Dussehra and Ayudha Puja festivals were being celebrated. It was a holiday for everyone. Since we had to perform puja at home, we had gone to the city to buy puja materials. At that time, we went to my husband's brother's house in the city. Since they perform puja in the morning at their house, we agreed that we could attend that puja and come back. At that time, our brother's son Fiancy had also come. We saw them and inquired about his well-being. We took a photo with them. After the puja was over, we left from there and went to the market.

Yesterday was a festive season, so the market was very crowded. I left my phone in the car and came back, so I couldn't take a picture. However, we bought flowers and other things for the puja at the market. There were many stalls for flowers in the market. There were also many flowers growing there. People were leaving marigolds, jasmine flowers, arali, kanakambaram, etc. There were also many banana leaves, bananas, coconuts and many other kinds. We also bought everything we needed and then went to a restaurant and had lunch.

The restaurant was very crowded as it was lunch time and it took a while for us to get a seat. As soon as we got a seat, we sat down. We ordered and got mini meals for me and my son. We had curd pachadi and guruma with the parota. The mini meals had a cup of biryani, a cup of sambar rice, a cup of curd rice, a cup of sambar, a cup of guruma, a cup of curd pachadi, curd kesari appalam, and a chapati. All these dishes were very tasty and satisfied our hunger.

After that, we came home. After coming home, we started performing pujas. We decorated the images of God, garlanded them, put them on the items, tied thoranas at the gate of the house, tied banana trees on the gate, then placed the puja items and performed pujas according to our community and worshipped God. We also made Pongal, Kesari and Sundal as puja offerings and shared them with everyone and we also ate and enjoyed ourselves.

Yesterday was a good day as we celebrated many fectivals. On that day, various festivals are celebrated in India. Generally, after the end of Navratri, the festival of Dussehra is celebrated. It is believed that Lord Rama killed Ravana by worshipping Ravana. In some states, this Ravana religion is celebrated very exclusively. In South India, it is celebrated as Ayudha Puja. People consider the objects in the house as weapons and worship them. Earlier, these festivals were celebrated for three days. One day was Saraswati Puja, one day was Ayudha Puja, and the other day was Agni Puja. But now, these pujas are celebrated on the same day.

💚THANK YOU 💚
