@juliamulcahy thank you so much for this. I know what its like to be that young girl, unsure of herself, finding solice in writing. I had a notebook (well several of them really) that I've written in since I was young and that is put away for my eyes only and also tends to lean to darker thoughts in my head.

I think this exercise will be perfect for my to try and I appreciate you sharing this with me so much!! I can't wait to get started on my morning pages!!
