I've been using my Laptop for a bout four years now considering that I use it everyday. I recently upgraded its memory to 16 GB, cloned the HDD to a newly bought Samsung SSD and now I have a faster laptop, fast booting and shutdown and can do gaming now like GTA V that I was able to play now.

I do think that the only vulnerable part of this Laptop was the battery, it keeps me in constant worry that it would explode or something. I never used my laptop anywhere else except here in my room and it is now perched on its special stand here on my bed.

When I can't sleep I would turn it on and do things, watch some videos, movies, stream videos from YouTube or listen to music. Then when I feel sleepy I would turn it off and then I will rest. It is just nice for it to be fast in booting and shutting down because before it was not the case.

So I figured that I must upgrade the factors that will make it fast like adding more memory or in this laptop's case with only one Memory slot I have to replace its former 4 GB with a 16 GB which is not cheap actually. The I have to change the storage to SSD, but I do not want things to change or re-install the operating system so I Just cloned it from the old HDD. Then after one try and I finally have them put into the laptop I was amazed how thing got an improvement.

Doing a simple upgrade is relatively easy, you have to make a small research about it like what components are compatible or how to take out and install those components.

That is why I must not buy a new laptop for practicality since I bought two of this laptop's component which are expensive and I want to use this laptop now for as long as possible until a catastrophic even t happens which would lead to the final use of this laptop.

Before this laptop I was just using a windows tablet until I was able to save some money for this Lenovo™ which I though would be zippy to use but because it has only HDD as a storage which I have no clue really was a factor for being slow and 4 GB of memory which I thought was enough, I was wrong. But nonetheless continued to use it since I only need to basically surf the Internet and no more.

I made a decision to upgrade because of the frequency of the crashes or the appearance of blue screen of death possibly caused by low memory. Then I did the upgrade and I was never so happier afterwards because of the speed now of this Laptop's performance.

Anyway this laptop has been a major part of my life and body it gives me a sense of fulfillment and happiness. It is my instrument of being entertained and satiates my need to make at least some profit making my day worthwhile and thus giving me a sense of purpose in the process by being at least fruitful despite of not being able to work even though my work really is 24/7 and the only difference is that I am enjoying it much.

This is one good effect of our modern technology, fast Internet, you can socialize remotely, attending church as well online, making some money, ordering food and other items online, heck I bought this laptop online Cash-on-Delivery and I paid $769 dollars equivalent in today's value of PhP which I made through my windows tablet, just amazing.

Now gadgets like Smartphones and computers is now had been a right for most of us and it is no longer as a luxury item because of our ever increasing need for it. Like for this laptop I am able to sustain my needs and if I haven't gotten this kind of technological marvel I wouldn't have survived this long and dream more achievements that I may or may not get but at least I am on a level playing field in hoping for the best for me.
