I often contemplate just how much time and “thought” people denote to the actual power of THEIR thoughts or if they are even aware that the thoughts which are repeatedly occupying their minds are actually shaping their very existence moving forward.… If I was to gauge, I don’t think many people are…
The reason I say this is because the fact of the matter is, if people were acutely cognizant of this, then surely they would not consciously opt to bombard their minds with so much negative rubbish or thought processes that will clearly only perpetuate their situation? It simply doesn't make any sense to me.
I think (haha - see what I did there...lol) that the biggest contributing factor to this issue is that people do not realise that they are giving POWER to to the very things they are thinking about - and what they are thinking about is more often than not - what they do not want or have in their lives.
If you want to change the state of your world then you have to shift your thinking and in order to achieve this, you need to develop an awareness of what you think about on a regular basis. When you reach a point where you are aware of “how” you are thinking, then you can start putting yourself in check and changing the habit into something more constructive. No, It will not happen overnight, but it really isn't as difficult as you think ;)

Woke up with this very concept in my mind, an answer, a two part wish: take the one or take the other, but then as I carried on waking up I forgot it, and then all the other stuff came along like a circular clockwork train loaded up to the gills with the past momentum where one wrong step could see it all pile up, almost as if the universe was saying: your soul path is open, but you're going to get juiced in it, for there's no turning back the clocks, and no matter what you do that's what you'll do until there is no more doing; oh lady light on the brimstone, do you wonder if you're worth anything at all in this life? Is the answer then that to the very air you breath you are no less a wonder than the stars in the heavens, for without you there would be no wonder, and for all the beauty in life, who would appreciate it if you were not here?
The problem is that we always think that we are right and the other are wrong.
I had a discussion with the kids during the holiday about the difference between strange and different.
They do judge people who don't act like they are thought to be strange but strange sounds negative while sometimes different is a better word to use!

There's a lot to be said for "mind over matter." I try not to get to metaphysical in any sense, but I do believe that we have the ability to make our own luck by simply believing - and more importantly engaging - in activities we enjoy and that have the opportunity to prove fruitful. We defeat ourselves too easily by dwelling on the negatives.
We may find people who adverse us in life yet the real enemy is within ourselves; That's the one we must conquer first. Regards mi lady!
Self awareness is easier said than done sometimes.
People tend to be so overwhelmed with what they have that they don't appreciate how they got it in the first place.
Placing ownself above others and not having any conscious soul within them.
Sorry.. I'm ranting here cos I realised I'm surrounded with such people in my organisation that it sickens me to even call them peers and superiors !
