Modelling in Blender, a brief introduction / Modelado en Blender, una breve introducción - (#club100)

Hi friends!

I'm modeling a space in 3D and I think it might be interesting to show it in relation with drawing. I will show you now this first stage and as I progress in this work I will try to show you the importance of using these digital tools, which have long ceased to be novelties.
The tool I'm using is Blender.
Blender is a free and open source 3D computer graphics software toolset used to create animated movies, visual effects, art, 3D printed models, etc.
I think that if your interest is in art you should learn to use this software. Attention! Knowing how to draw, paint or sculpt is obviously very necessary.

That is what we can consider a basic 3D sketch. You see all the shapes outlined and there are only different shades of one colour. We call this display "clay." The most used colour is grey, not the one that I have used.

This below is a more realistic display but at an early stage, the resolution is low and the textures are not final. There is still a lot of work ahead.

This is just a close-up of this wooden planter box in the first stage of modelling.

And if you like to colour your drawings, I recommend the interesting and useful Color and Light classes of @fumansiu whose concepts you can apply both with traditional and digital techniques.!

Or maybe you want to make a beautiful watercolour with your drawing!
Well, our friend @arcoiris is back with his magnificent watercolour lessons.

Also, a must is the excellent drawings by @ranartblog in his very interesting and useful drawing tutorials.

Many thanks to @bambuka and @stef1 once again for their encouragement and support.
Also, thanks to @xpilar for making these initiatives possible with their great support.

That looks very interesting, I went to read about blender, it seems I need to download to experiment with it. I am excited to see what will be final result.
