My previous employer called this victim mentality. This place is going to crap and there is nothing I can do about it. It's amazing how long it takes when you ask these people to get them to pinpoint what is actually going to crap and give specifics.
Most of the time they either can't pin it down which usually means they are just griping for sympathy, or you get them to pin it down and they can actually do something to make their life easier.
Also, as an amateur photographer, it drives me crazy when people complaining about paying a hundred dollars for an "hours worth of work" or a 1-hour photography session.
I do too. I think the world has made a lit of victims and keeps reminding them who and how they are being victimized, even if it isn't the case.
It would be different if they ad to sell their skill that took years of practice to acquire.
