Some forget that embracing change is often fulfilling and lead to better things down the road. Others can’t handle and often run into harse impacts. Imagine those that never embraced something as “simple” as computers and emails at the workplace? They have thought they could just leave and get on with their lives but there are some changes that will follow you no matter where you are!

A lot of people fear adapting because they have to change themselves and by most people's book, Themselves aren't the problem. I tihnk it is a fear of loss of identity too.
