TikTok emailed me, "We understand how important your account is to you. After further review, your account will remain permanently banned due to a violation of our Youth Safety and Well-Being policy."

But TikTok has not shown me how I violated their Youth Safety and Well-Being policy.

TikTok is worse than Minneapolis. If I had a lot of money, I would try to sue TikTok or something for lying and for accusing me of crimes. If I'm in fact a private person and not so much a public person, then I believe TikTok is engaging in defamation, slander, deception, in lying about me with Oatmeal Fake News. TikTok refuses to point to a single video for why they suspended me. I'm not really famous at the moment, so I will probably not be able to get a lot of people to look at this.

I did say pizza in a video which Belgium blocked. TikTok might have suspended me based off that but TikTok is refusing to tell me that, but that is my educated guess. You can disagree with me and say I was wrong to say pizza but when I say pizza, I mean pizza because I'm against trafficking and yet trolls lie about me saying I'm a pedo but I'm not. Me talking about it makes me look guilty but my actions should speak louder than my words for anybody trying to investigate the details. But people have lives, they don't have time to study this drama between me and my trolls going back decades. I would argue it's an issue of free speech. I didn't even have one warning or strike on TikTok.

If anything, TikTok should have just deleted my video, TikTok could have said don't say pizza ever again and I would have obeyed. But instead, I uploaded that like 5 second video where I mentioned pizza around June 2025 and TikTok chose to keep my video up for around two months. Then Belgium blocked my video. Then TikTok suspended my monetized 16K followers @ joeyarnoldvn main TikTok account the end of July 2025 while also ignoring my appeals letting their AI pretend to hear my side of the story while refusing to tell me specifically how I violated their community guidelines.

Now, I admit that I've done a bad job for decades trying to tell my side of the story, it's rather a long story which not many people try to fully analyze. On top of that, I've had trolls lying about me spamming Oatmeal Fake News for decades everywhere online since at least 2009. So, I've been all over the place battling my trolls, I've been too random which can lead to inaccurate first impressions. I've felt people have done me wrong. So, I try to raise awareness to that, I try to shine a spotlight on trolls, bullies, criminals, corruption, harassment, problems, hypocrisy. But that might not always justify all of the actions I might try to take whether purposely or accidentally. So, as I get older, I try to be more careful as I know people will take it the wrong way as they take me out of context as I try to sometimes utilize sarcasm, hyperbole, irony, trolling, scamming, joking, satire, comedy, being witty, being theoretical, parables, illustrations, stories, object lessons, comparisons, contrasts, being absurd, and/or the list goes on and on which I wouldn't always tell people what I was doing at times both offline and online over the years which leads to the Oatmeal Fake News sometimes meaning the lies about me is partly my fault sometimes meaning you might even say I've partly destroyed myself to an extent through being too reckless and/or a number of things.

But with that said, I believe TikTok is wrong to suspend me, I wish there was somebody who could get TikTok to fully hear my side of the story. I would be satisfied if TikTok said they suspended me for that pizza video. But instead, TikTok chooses to say something as vague as what they said, that I'm somehow endangering children who shouldn't even be online in the first place like as if I'm their parents, that I'm supposed to keep the kids safe somehow. Like somehow, TikTok refuses to take responsibility as over 90% of the traffic to my TikTok videos since roughly 2023 was through the TikTok For You Page (FYP) which TikTok curates the FYP which my TikTok videos were getting millions of views monthly on average since roughly 2023 meaning TikTok was part of that curation which if I was allegedly endangering children with the millions of views the past roughly three years, then TikTok should suspend themselves for being part of purposely sending my videos to the FYP or the pages on the phones of children who shouldn't even be on the Internet in the first place, mic drop. Unfortunately, not many people are reading this, so all of these words I'm typing will likely fall on deaf ears. If anybody is reading this, please help me out, please share this to at least one new location somewhere so my voice can be heard.

It is sad that @tiktok_us is sending me fake automated canned email messages while ignoring my actual appeals.

TikTok refuses to tell me which of my videos broke the rules, TikTok is accusing of crimes, TikTok should take me to court if they seriously think I'm committing crimes, I hope people sue TikTok on my behalf for committing illegal defamation against my character without even showing any evidence of any alleged crimes. The truth, the TikTok AI system is automatically rejecting my appeals as there is no evidence that actual human TikTok staff are actually looking at the fact that Belgium blocked my pizza video which TikTok refused to take down for two months, that I didn't have any active strikes on my account at the time TikTok suspended my main account @ joeyarnoldvn
