You can find several statues of ancient Hindu Gods and Goddess with holy stories mentioned on the sign posts.

However, the place is visited by people from different countries, and cultural backgrounds. So I don't relate this place with ant caste or races. Most forieners come to attend yoga classes and vegetarian food style.

83 years ago is indeed a long time, and yet the place still looks so beautiful and even quite modern. It must have a lot of history…

I wanted to ask a question:

Parmarth Niketan Ashram looks so naturally beautiful, filled with lovely flowers and trees. Even in movies, the aesthetic is often enhanced by the natural surroundings.

I’m curious—
Is it the government that’s trying to preserve nature through town planning by leaving those trees and flowers around, or is it just individuals who plant them?

Actually they keep adding facilities in this private property as they get donations from different sources. People coming from allover the world for yoga lessons and for pilgrimage in this holy place which is located right at the foothills of the Himalayas. My hometown is not far off from this place.
