BTC is forming a bearish head and shoulder pattern and breakout of below $29k will push $BTC towards $20k in the coming months. 50day moving average is also very close to the 200 day moving average. This crossover is a bearish sign for the market known as a "Death crossover". In the shorter time frame BTC has support at $34500, $32400, $31000.

Bullish view:
BTC has strong support at $29k. In the short term the market looks bearish but Bulls are waiting for a breakout. The market can move in this zone for 1-2 week more. The first resistance is $38k and then major resistance at the 200 day MA $42500. A breakout of this zone will make bulls confident and we can see a big rally in the coming months.

Trading:
Trading is not easy on such market. We have to plan for short term targets till btc confirms direction.
