Cycling Towards Miyun Mountains!

Cycling is always a pleasurable outdoor activity that I love to do in the northern region of the Beijing Municipality where I am currently living for the last 6 years. Though I have missed the outdoor experiences during the Covid-19 Pandemic, I am fully utilizing my current weekends in so many ways and cycling is one of my favorite one. During this Summer season in the mid of the September, I have been in the northern wilderness of the Miyun district as my cycling session. I was exploring the beautiful area with my regular cycling session in my weekend activity. The road that I was cycling is known as the Xitong Road with the breathtaking montains views and the surrounding beauty of the scenic road.

The hot summer has ended and the weather is becoming colder in this region and so cycling much more easier nowadays. The fall is almost here, and it is in its early phase in this northern region of the Beijing Municipality. The Xitong Road starts from the north-eastern area of the Huairou district toward the mountain region of the Miyun district near the Miyun Lake. This road is a long road that is located in the wilderness of the Miyu district and full of natural beauty in the both side of the road.

As the summer is still dominating before the fall, the leaves of the trees of the roadside area is still in green color but dme of the trees leaves has started becoming yellowish in theri appearance. So, the roadside trees make a breathtaking beauty when you go through this area. The leaves on the smaller plants and grasses are still so green in the surrounding area in this far north area from my living location. The fall beauty with the colorful mountains will be great attraction for this region but still the time has not come.

Though there was a devatsting flood in this district in last July but there was no such scenarios even I have stopped near some channels and rivers which were normal and some them are dried and covered with green grasses. The flood was due to the cloud explosion that affects a certain area within a short period before people get preparation and thus makes huge losses in that area. I guess that flood was in some other area where the sudden large amount of rain water was not extracted from the localitt as fast as it increased due to the cloud explosion.
