hmmm, i don't make my way down to Hoi An very often but this could be worth a try. It also appears as thought it is pretty close to walking street, and this is always a plus.
well to be fair I probably wouldn't go back to it unless i lived in the neighborhood. There are lots of places with cheap happy hour beers and once you have seen the unusual decorations once you don't really need to go back.
