RE: St Kilda, South Australia.

My girls like the playground, so we used to be fairly regular visitors at one time. Never did do the mangroves walk though, because it was down from storm damage on the day we'd planned to.

I hope you're never tempted to eat at the cafe near the boat ramp! I really wouldn't recommend it there. I think we did eat at the hotel once many moons ago and that was good.

Have you been since the renovations?

We had to get our key pass for the mangrove trail from that cafe. The old lady was super polite with me, no worries. She proceeded to serve an Indian gentleman (who was just as polite as I was) and was super rude to him for no reason. I'd give their food a miss based on her attitude.

We've been since some were done, but I'm not sure if it was complete. I'm trying to remember if that climbing thing in the picture was there. They used to have some digger things that my girls played on shortly after we arrived in Australia. I think they've gone now in the renovations.

Sounds like that cafe leaves a bad taste in the mouth all around!
