You have provided a useful guide for those inclined to rent out their homes. It seems like so much work, but then, earning money almost always takes a lot of work. Looked at from that view, it really is no more arduous than getting dressed and commuting to a job to make money, is it? I think once you get the routine worked out, this must be a very practical way to use property and free up time.
