Not sure if it's just in Malaysia, but it was quite a common sight when I was growing up, a long long time ago... lol. Seldom see them these days though, which was why it was a familiar sight when I saw these... No idea why that is done either... Hmmm, I'll go check around to see if there's more input on that!
