Night and silence. At the end of February this year, I visited the Hedonist culinary studio with the intention of taking a masterclass in Georgian cuisine. It was a great event, and I was in a great mood when I went outside. The master class was approximately 3 hours long. When I entered the studio, it was still light outside, but now the night was in full force.

The winter this year was abnormally warm. On the one hand, this is very good, but every coin has two sides. Instead of frosts, there were often rains and fogs due to the high humidity. Sometimes it even seemed beautiful, but it often made traffic difficult and caused traffic jams in the city.

But I like this kind of winter more than thirty-degree or even forty-degree frosts.
