Cinnamon Bey, Beruwala

It is great to write again on Steemit after a very long time, and I'm so excited about returning to Steemit.
Also, it is a great pleasure to participate in the Travelling Steemit contest for the very first time.
So, my wife and I decided to go on a small vacation last weekend for some change and relaxation. For the vacation, we selected one of the most famous beachside hotels in Sri Lanka, Cinnamon Bey Beruwala.
We departed our home at around 9.00 am since I had to visit the university early in the morning for some important work. After returning from the university, I could put all the luggage, bags, and other items into our car.
Then, we started our little journey. During the journey, we could get our breakfast from the "Hela Bojun" shop, which serves authentic Sri Lankan food since the morning. After getting breakfast, we started our journey again.
At around 2.00 PM, we could reach this grand hotel. There were a lot of guests in the hotel for check-in and check-out. There were several workers waiting at the entrance to help the guests.
After several minutes, we could go to our room. I must say that the room was far away from the entrance of the hotel.

We carried several luggage and items with the help of a worker. The room had a traditional look but with several admirable facilities. After taking some rest, we could go for the dinner buffet at their large restaurant. I must say that they have one of the finest buffets in the country. We could enjoy the buffet while taking care of little Sethushi.
The buffet had four action stations, the main course, side salads, and a delicious dessert corner.

After finishing dinner, we take a look around the hotel, and we should say that it has breathtaking landscape views, and we could take some fascinating photos there.
Then, we went to the room since it was around 10.00 pm and we got a very good sleep.
In the morning, we completed all the work of little Sethushi, we departed for the breakfast buffet, and we enjoyed it very much like the dinner. Then again, we went to take photos at this beautiful place. After taking some rest in the room, we could depart the hotel at 2.00 pm, which is the usual check-out time.
Finally, it was a very beautiful day that we enjoyed after a long time.
