Malua Bay Beach, NSW
Malua Bay, a small town in NSW with a population of a little over 2000, has a stunning coastline of New South Wales. It has large tourist attraction in its world famous beach.
I have visited this place twice close to Batman's Bay, Malua Bay, on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia, situated in the Eurobodalla Shire. It offers such a natural beauty and a different beach, which has more than any beach in the rest of the world.
It was my second visit, but I love Malua Bay for its picturesque and lovely rocky headlands on either side. I stayed at Monarch Hotel right in front of the beach on my previous visit.
As I am a walking enthusiast, I thought its short walking tracks were an added attraction for most visitors. Even more amazing is the fact that one can walk to the adjacent beaches through these walking trails.
I have seen walking trails in this area, popularly known as bushwalking, which are very scenic walks, but the walking trails here are short, lasting for 15 to 20 minutes.
I walked on the beach itself, which is very sandy and generally fairly quiet, so it is a good place for photographers like me.
To be frank, I am not a good sea swimmer, so I only swim when I have company or it is safe for swimming, so I spent just a few minutes swimming but mostly walked around the beach.

It has such a beautiful community life, which is rare and makes it a destination that remains in mind forever.
The Moluya Bay has a wonderful place to stay right in front of the beach that offers a memorable vacation holiday experience. I have never stayed here, but my coworker who lives in Moruya says this site has such wonderful accommodation that it is worth staying for a few days.
Contrary to Shelly Beach, which is not far from here, Maluya Bay Beach has safety measures in place, as it is patrolled, and the lifesaving club is on the alert at the southern end of the beach.
Overall it's a great beach for its beautiful setting, good selection of barbecues and shaded tables and benches, and protected sitting areas.
The Malua More parking is available at the clubhouse precinct. The Munjip Trail runs along the beach and reserve, and you will find some indigenous art and installations in the area.
Visitors from all over the world come to Malua Bay for its great surfing beaches. This beach is famous for its protected coves, ideal for snorkeling and diving. This beach is popular among the boating enthusiasts as well.
I was not surprised to see the bikers enjoying themselves right at the beach.
In short, Malua Bay is good for surfing and swimming, with lots of entertainment on its golden sands, and to add to the fun, it has grassy areas with picnic tables and playgrounds.
Malua Beach has added attractions, including scenic views. You can also explore snorkeling and diving in protected coves or head to the larger town of Batemans Bay for more dining and entertainment options.
Contrary to other beaches in Australia, Malua Beach has a food court right there.
They have a food arrangement.
I was told by my coworker that Malua Bay is popular among the lovebirds, as they come here to spend weekends on the grassy reserve adjacent to the beach.
As usual the place has a number of picnic tables and barbecue facilities close to the car park.
There is a grand playground for kids where they play, which makes this beach perfect for families.
Malua Bay Beach has a beautiful coastline with great walking trails. We visited this beach last week during Australia Day, and the place had a great gathering, but we felt a wonderful environment there. Malua Bay provides a good eating venue, but as most of their foods were seafood or traditional fish items, we managed on our homemade food and local supermarket.
We had no plan to stay overnight otherwise, Club Malua nearby is a great dining place for the entire family for its friendly service and, of course, an excellent bar, live music, and great food.
Malua Beach has shops in close proximity to the play area.
Supermarkets and cafes, so you can say it's a great place for a weekend away.

As usual I spent just a few minutes at the beach but more time busy walking and recording the activities.
I thought this place was great for sitting here and enjoying the beach view.
I must say the beach was such a view that I will never get tired of, and as a walking lover, I had a good opportunity to do that on the golden sands.
However, my local coworker says their fish and other preparations are great.
What attracted me most was its playground and parking area right at the entrance.
The specialty of this beach is that it has lifeguards and flags in place so you know where to swim safely.
Beach showers and toilets are within easy reach.
Malua Bay is an awesome, quiet, and clean sandy beach. What attracts most of its visitors is the big grass areas right in front of the beach where you can see people enjoying picnics.
I liked the shower facility, which was better than most beaches in Sydney.
What disappointed me was just one thing: I was expecting to see kangaroos playing around on our way. I saw kangaroos alright, but they all were lying on the roadside, dead as victims of fast traffic during the long weekend.
