Govt Comprehensive School for Girls - Sargodha

in Traveling Steem19 days ago

Hi everyone!
Assalam u Alaikum, how are you all? This school is located in Sargodha behind the university road. It is a school very close to our university. Many students study in this school. Since the school is in the city, there are a lot of students. There are many schools in Sargodha , among which this school was very old. But a bigger school and university has been next to that school. I have been seeing the old school there since I was a child. So instead of demolishing that school, a big two-story school has been built next to it.

Front gate

This is the very front gate of the school. Some time ago, the condition of this gate was very bad because the paint on it was not done properly, but now it looks so much more beautiful from the outside. This school is very clean both inside and outside.

Left side of front gate

During the holidays, there is so much rush at this gate. All this road is blocked because outside the schools there are much stoles, like fries and things like that. Therefore, since it is very rush here, the time when I went to school was in the morning, so there was not much rush here, so I took a picture of it from all sides.

When we enter through the main gate , we see a large hall in front from left side, which shows that the school has already started.

When we enter a school, we see a building like this from the front with the name of the school written on it. This school is very big and lovely inside. The cleanliness inside this school is also very good and classes start from behind this big hall. There are so many grounds on the sides here and they are also so open because it is a government school, so their grounds were very large and the most thing I was happy to see was that there were so many trees here.

From here, we start to see a very beautiful view, and when we enter from here, we can see the classes and the principal's rooms.

On this same road, where you go a little further, you will see this building. As soon as you enter, at the front, there are a couple of offices of the principal and after that, there are some event rooms for these people and then classes start from the front.

This is the front side of the school, where it begins from the inside.

It is very clean inside and because the classes are very open and airy inside, the girls' classes were being held at the time we went, so we could not take good pictures of the classes. And the small ground on the left side before the entrance is for sitting. It's not very big, but it's comfortably set up and there are quite a few pots and trees near it.

IMG_20250203_111048.jpgIMG_20250203_111055.jpg

All these classes are on both the left and right sides.

My friend, who I went with, studied at this school. The side we were going to, was telling me about the school and sharing her memories of how she spent her time in school, in which class, with her friends and teachers. We went to the side with the classes. It was all fun until the end because classes were being held, some were small classes and some were big classes, and in these classes, some teachers were teaching the same classes that my friend had also taught.

Outside the classroom, on one side, there was this small flyer with verses written on it.

And I was so happy to see that I had some verses and the remembrances of Allah Almighty written on them outside some of the classes so that any student, teacher, or visitor who passed by while walking would read it and when they saw it, they would repeat all these words to themselves.

IMG_20250203_111122.jpg

Similarly, we saw another one in front of us in the same line, and above it too were the remembrances of Allah Almighty written.

The verses and remembrances served as a gentle reminder to pause, reflect, and seek guidance. As students, teachers, and visitors walked by, they could absorb the wisdom and positivity emanating from the words, fostering a sense of community and shared values. The initiative likely contributed to a more mindful and spiritually nourishing atmosphere on campus.

A place on the robe for ablution and a separate, large room for praying.

And here, in front of the house, there was also a clean place for ablution, where during prayer time, girls can also perform ablution and wash their hands. Here, the water is absolutely clean and cool, cool in summer and warm in winter. After performing ablution from here, there is a room next to it, which is for praying, and it is only opened during prayer time. I think that when there is a separate time for prayer, when the call to prayer is given, these people also pray here. The cleanliness and temperature of the water, as well as the designated prayer room, create a serene and conducive environment for worship. It's heartening to see such provisions in place, allowing individuals to fulfill their religious obligations with ease and comfort.

A large, open, clean, green ground outside the classroom.

I went to it for the first time and it was so big that we could have gone out from the G side as well. I could have gone to the same place but it didn't happen. There is a small ground in the middle behind the classes where girls sit during break time. Just by looking at it, I could see how much more fun it must have been. School remains memorable and it is the best. In life, we live things that we don't like. We feel that we should move on. In school, we liked college, but when we go to college, we only remember that it was the best life.

Here you can see that only a few girls were sitting and I didn't take a picture of the place where there was a lot of girls because it doesn't look good. Well, seeing these girls made me miss my score a lot because we also do this with our friends in our free time. This ground is very clean from all sides and you won't see any houses anywhere because there are dustbins on all sides, that's why it's so clean. Some girls were talking to their own group here and on the other side, the girls were sitting in the group and reading.

IMG_20250203_111529.jpg

It was a very large hall where their events etc. were held.

This was a very large facility where perhaps some of these people are not in the city, etc., or if there is an event, tablets, etc., it is held here, and it looked so much cleaner and more luxurious, and it was much larger inside, but it was closed, so I couldn't see inside.

IMG_20250203_112207.jpg

It was a separate ground with lots of trees, greenery everywhere, and a borehole was set up here about forests.

And there were quite a few trees planted in the grounds. There were mostly just trees and there are sides. I could see it from a distance from the building and there it was planted in one place on the side. Maybe it was for those people who had planted trees etc. here. Planting trees is also a very good thing and they look quite good in these corners, but they help a lot in the shade etc. when there is a lot of sun.

IMG_20250203_111715.jpg

They used to end here at the classroom. There was a fence outside it so that the girls wouldn't come towards the ground on one side where there were some houses etc.

My cousin who went with me told me that this place used to be closed before, but some of the iron was broken and those people used to come out and go to the ground, but now they have closed it properly so that these girls don't come out.

Canteen

It was a small canteen, there were a lot of girls inside, so I didn't take a picture of the inside, but there weren't many big clocks inside, but there were some things kept there, and there was an old lady standing there.

IMG_20250203_111808.jpg

Outside the canteen one uncle there making and fry samosa

When we went to the side of the canteen, an uncle was frying a lot of chips there. When we asked him why he would make so many at once, he said that it was break time, so there was a rush at the counter. He had already made it. We also tried it. It was so delicious, not too spicy, and nothing else. We were getting a lot of hot, fresh chips.

IMG_20250203_112147.jpg

Masjid

As soon as we entered the school, when we reached the outside, it was very beautiful, clean, and well-made. It looked so much more beautiful. It was so much cleaner inside. The prayer hall was behind the school. There were guards and teachers inside, and the girls were there. These people had built such a lovely mosque for praying so that prayers could be offered here on time. All those who work here or are guards, etc., offer prayers here on time.

IMG_1698.jpeg

There was a large hall with a seating area in front of it and a lot of greenery there.

I was waiting there for a long time because my friend who I had come with was doing some work, so I sat down here. Some girls who were free from their periods sat down with me and talked for a long time. Some were matriculated, some were ninth standard and some were stand-up. They were asking me about colleges etc. because this year a lot of subjects have changed.

IMG_1699.jpeg

It's break time outside the hall. The girls were sitting.

And when the girls had break time, they did it like this because in school we friends also had a separate place when we had break time, when we were free, we used to go and sit in this corner. These girls also seemed to me to be just like that. When break time came, these people sat here and they were talking a lot. After that, they also asked me where I was from and all this. They made their introduction and took my introduction from me too.All these girls were very cheerful and I felt very confident in them because some girls are such that if a new person goes to their school, they stay behind. I really liked these girls.

IMG_1700.jpeg

As soon as I entered the school, many girls were standing on the left side.

And suddenly, when I looked on this side, there were quite a few girls standing there. Later, I found out that there were some teachers and some of their families who had come because some interfaces etc. were happening here, so there was quite a rush here.
