GUO Transport Company

It was a stressful and also an enjoyable trip from Akwanga to Abuja. We were three who embarked on the journey as one of us was on his way to the eastern part of Nigeria.

To make the journey easy, the booking was made ahead of time, and the movement was scheduled at 7 am. To meet up with the scheduled time since our place in Abuja is about a 3-hour drive, especially when there is traffic on the road.

To meet up with the scheduled time, we left Akwanga at 3 am and drove to Abuja, where we arrived at the GUO transport company, Utako, at around 5:20 am. I was cold but I comported myself so all eyes at the transport company wouldn't be on me.

The transport company is a very big one as they have buses traveling to other West African countries and also inter-state transport. While at the company, I went and sat down in the lobby room (receptionist), where a movie was playing for passengers to keep themselves busy.

As we were at the place, other passengers started coming, and we also met some passengers from the transport company. The company has different departments which are comprised of the booking department, delivery department, security, and others.

There is enough parking space at the company, despite the large parking space, people still find it difficult to walk around as vehicles are littered around the company.
