MASTERING THE ART OF COOKING PRITONG HIPON WITH A TWIST

Pritong Hipon or what we called in English as fried shrimp is a famous and a little classy Filipino dish because of its shrimp price which cost 300php - 600php (30 steem - 60steem). It is a simple dish and is perfect in every bite because of its crispyness. It is sometimes served as pulutan in the middle of chikahan session and mostly a main dish. It is just a quick recipe yet it gives you a brilliant satisfaction. But to make it tastier, you can add a twist to bring you to the next level.
Lets start!
✨INGREDIENTS:✨
- cleaned large shrimp
- salt
- soy sauce
- ground pepper
- a little catsup
- cooking oil
- onion
- garlic
✨PROCEDURE WITH A TWIST:✨
Step 1:

In a deep pan, heat enough oil until hot but make sure it will not have some smoke.
Step 2:

If the oil already boiled, saute the garlic and onion to add aroma. Make sure the garlic will not be overcooked. If it reaches golden brown, proceed to the next step.
Step 3:

Slowly put the shrimp on the pan and simmer it.
Step 4:

To make it delicious, I put a little salt in it, soy sauce, ground pepper then mix it well. Simmer it for 15020 minutes and wait until it turns reddish.
Step 5:

I also put a little catsup to have a little sweetness. Then simmer it until you can see the skin can easily be peeled off.

And this is now my finished output. So yummy and crunchy.
