So today I thought of organizing this event today with some new recipes. For the last few days, I have been really eager to eat biryani, which is why I woke up fresh this morning and went to the market to buy some. I bought some biryani spices, lemon, pear, green chili and chicken. I had some sour yogurt with me because biryani is not fun without sour yogurt.

I went to the market and bought a 2 kg chicken and then dressed the chicken there because I don't have a cleaning machine at home. Then I cleaned the chicken and brought it home. Then I cut the chicken with sour curd and soaked it in sour curd for about 30 minutes because the two mix with the chicken in such a way that later it looks like a normal white color and tastes very sweet. Then after half an hour I put the chicken in oil and fried it nicely because these movies have to be fried lightly so that they are a little tough. Then I take the rice and fry it in a light oil so that the biryani is a little stronger, somehow it feels like crying.
