I Traveling a historical places.....

One of the historical places in Bangladesh is the National Memorial, which is located in Nabinagar, a great pride of our independence. Recently, a few days ago, I went to visit this historical place from Nabinagar.

I left in the morning and crossed the path surrounded by green trees. When I reached the entrance of the memorial, a strange respect and pride arose in my mind. The peaceful environment around the pillar seemed to touch the sky and give the message of independence.

As soon as I entered the memorial, I saw a huge green field, a garden decorated with flowers and a pond of calm water. There was a kind of silence throughout the entire area, as if the story of the sacrifice of the martyrs was hidden in every breeze.

I stood silently for a while and looked at that place. I remembered those days in the Liberation War when countless heroes came to sacrifice their lives and pay their respects. Children were walking around with flags in their hands. Some were giving flowers to the martyrs. I myself stood silently for a while in memory of the martyrs and prayed.

When the sunlight was shining on the memorial pillar, it seemed that this was not just an establishment, it was the entire nation. So after wandering around the symbol of dignity, I also went to the museum next door where various relics of the Liberation War, pictures and information are preserved. Every thing seems to speak of the martyrs' courage, sacrifice and patriotism.

When I returned, it seemed that the trip was not just a tour but a deep experience of experiencing history. The National Memorial reminds us that achieving freedom is not easy. It is a priceless treasure obtained in exchange for blood and sacrifice.
